so remember a month ago when i said i had received an exciting phone call? well, it was lee hay from wvxu's around cincinnati calling for an interview with whirly girl. nervous and excited i agreed and had the pleasure of sitting down and spending a few minutes with chelsea vandedrink to discuss who whirly girl is and what we're up to. (a little secret about me: i used to host a radio show on wvxu with my friend rachel and only got through every show by consuming copious amounts of beer and jameson) i've come a long way since then and thankfully did not use the same coping mechanism for my interview with chelsea... afterall, it was only 11am!
